Liquid Sound Vibroacoustic Therapy
Liquid Sound Vibroacoustic Therapy Details
The InnerSoul Tranquility Liquid Sound Table was designed to maximize potential healing benefits utilizing the body's main components, cells and water. The sound and water delivery systems of the InnerSoul Tranquility Liquid Sound Table allow the frequencies to permeate the body smoothly & efficiently through every cell at nearly six times the rate of other air or foam sound devices. The client will experience a gentle and relaxing bathing of the whole body through the transmission of sound and vibrations from the inside out, allowing you to become one with the healing properties of the treatment.
I encourage you to explore the scientific data, research resources and references listed below to gain a greater knowledge of what these types of therapies are truly capable of. Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT) and Sound Healing have been used to treat many imbalances in the human mind and body. You will see references to behavioral challenges in individuals with developmental disabilities, chronic pain, the relaxation response, Parkinson's, Autism, Fibromyalgia, sleep disorders, motor impairments, circulatory issues, Arthritis and so much more.
Stephen Deuel, an acoustic engineer, began developing and crafting these delivery systems in the 1990’s and continues to do so today. His dedication to sound and vibroacoustic healing is commendable. On his website, www.innersoulutions.com, he states;
“The Advanced Technology Transducers deliver the vibration so cleanly that the brain interprets the stimulus as Sound, not Shaking and are the heart of the InnerSoul Tranquility Sound & Water Table.”
Each table is handcrafted in the U.S.A.

Preparation
For new clients we require an initial assessment to gather personal information, healthy history and to gain a better understanding of your desired outcome in receiving Vibroacoustic Therapy.
For returning clients a 15 minute assessment period is reserved and included in your session time. If you are scheduled for a 30 minute session, you can expect your appointment to last a total of 45 minutes.
The assessment portion of sessions is beneficial as it allows us to discuss current or newly presenting issues to be addressed in the session, monitor changes over the long term and create a session history log within your personal client portal that you'll have access to any time you need to review or retrieve your session history. Each session will be customized to meet your specific needs on the day of treatment.
What to expect during your session:
You will be asked to lie down on the table, fully clothed, either under or on top of the blankets depending on your desired level of warmth. A bolster will be available to place under the knees, this is especially useful to those suffering low back pain. Headphones will be provided to incorporate music, binaural beat programs, guided imagery and any other desired sound source. Eye coverings will also be available for your use they are great for removing distractions from the outside world allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience.
You can expect to hear or feel the provider enter the room from time to time as it is sometimes necessary to make program adjustments mid-session. When your session ends the provider will turn off the program, quiet the music and gently bring you back into the room. Typically we allow several moments for you to compose yourself, slowly come to a standing position and exit the room. Your provider will be waiting to briefly discuss and note your session experiences.
Before & After Care:
1. Eat a light meal or snack 2-3 hours before your appointment.
2. Be sure to hydrate before and after your session. Drinking plenty of water will assist your body in its detoxification efforts, maintain clear energy paths and reduce any soreness you may encounter after your sessions.
3. Wear loose clothing, nothing restrictive ie: jeans, belts, tight or uncomfortable clothing etc. I highly recommend wearing your most comfortable clothing for these sessions, pajamas are acceptable :)
4. Turn off all cell phones and electronics before your session begins. I recommend leaving them in your car if possible so that temptation to check your devices does not disturb your session.
5. Physically exerting yourself after a session is not recommended, plan to relax following each session. I recommend scheduling your appointment on days that are least demanding of your time and energy.
6. These sessions provide healing benefits that will resonate throughout your body and mind for 48-72 hours. I recommend that you do all you can to support the process. Some ideas may be eating well, drinking plenty of water, enjoying time with people you care about, taking a walk in nature, meditating, yoga or light gentle exercise, reducing stress when possible and giving yourself a bit a grace to "do" less and "be" more for these couple of days.
Enjoy!
Provider Experience:
Heather Proctor will be administering your customized vibroacoustic sessions, she has been administering liquid sound vibroacoustic therapy treatments since 2019. Heather began receiving these treatments personally in 2012 as a natural method of intervention for chronic fibromyalgia symptoms such as inflammation, joint/tendon and muscle pain, nerve hypersensitivity and poor circulation. In 2014 Heather made the decision to utilize these powerful sessions to help her son with some common symptoms of autism such as anxiety, chronic constipation, sleep disturbances, nervousness, over stimulation and emotional distress. They both continue to receive periodic sessions for health maintenance.
