Yoga & Intentional Movement

I offer a unique style of yoga that aims to put you in a state of conscious control over your body. I assist you in creating an enhanced state of awareness while safely guiding you through precise movements to create a state of physical alignment. These yoga and intentional movement instructions can be taught privately or in group sessions.
Meditation

Meditation is a personal expression and reflection of ones true self, therefore boundless experiences may unfold. My role is to first understand your goals in your practice and then customize a session or series of sessions that aim to meet those goals. Sessions may be guided, silent or contain sound (music, vibration, nature, etc.).
Intentional Breathing

Breath is the source of all life, yet, we give it little to no thought until we find ourselves unable to breathe with ease. My primary focus is to provide you with techniques that will strengthen your awareness of your present state of breathing while improving upon the quality of your inhalations and exhalations. Combined these tools will improve your overall state of health.
